How does Coaching Work?
The synergy between the coach and the client creates momentum. Goals that are clearly defined are more easily attained. These goals are best rooted in our values and what we say is most important in our lives.
Ways we can work together
Individual – one on one over the phone for 30 to 45 minutes, 2-3 times a month. We can determine what would work best for you. Some prefer 30-minute sessions weekly.
Group – 8-10 individuals with interest in common themes such as goal setting, skill development in setting boundaries, find your passion, personal path.
Sessions are built around a set format, for example once a week for 3 months focuses on a specific theme.
