Maria Busch is a Communication's Strategist and Coach. Her company is called Proactive Conversations, She teaches managers, individuals and  business owners a creative 5 step process to facilitate proactive conversations with their employees and clients in the areas of performance management, conflict resolution. 

She is also a Corporate Coach at Vanguard where she provides coaching support to managers, leaders and employees in the areas of employment law, performance management, and conflict resolution and career development. 

Maria is a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.  She received her initial training from Coach U. 

Maria grew up in Pennsylvania and also has a Master's Degree in Social Work and Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania.
 
She is a certified facilitator of Laura Berman Fortgang's Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction. 

Maria resides in Cave Creek, Arizona and has a son, Joaquin who is a freshman at NAU.
